Food and Beverage Assistant

• Ensuring guests have a positive, first class dining experience
• Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed
• Working agilely to support the rest of the wider business
• Working with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance

• Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
