La Brasserie is our 2AA rosette restaurant and cocktail bar. Our fabulous restaurant is at the heart of our hotel. We are now accepting applications to join our Restaurant team in the role of Food and Beverage Assistant. Roles can be Monday to Friday, Evenings or Weekend Day only.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering food and beverage to our guests from the restaurant or room service
  • Liaising with the Kitchen team to ensure swift service and correct orders
  • Assisting the restaurant teams in completing set up tasks to ensure deadlines are met and that the restaurant is ready for service
  • Building a rapport with our guests ensuring 5 star service is delivered

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar position
  • ability to deliver great consistency to our guests
