Food and Beverage Assistant

• Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals
• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene
• Having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
