Food and Beverage Assistant

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area, reststock supplies, and assist with food preparation as needed
• Work agilely to support the rest of the wider business
• Ensure guests have a positive, first class dining experience
• Work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

• Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
