Job Responsibility:

  • Secure the correct flow of IKEA food administration process such as ordering, delivery control, invoice control and stock control to ensure alignment with IKEA internal rules and guidelines
  • Responsible to ensure timely and accurate data registration and submission of reports as well as the proper handling of associated costs regarding Ordering, goods receiving, Invoice control, Waste registration, Stock adjustments and Inventory to secure key stakeholders can act on up-to-date information
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly inventory as well as spot check
  • Identify stock deviations and alert management to secure that proper actions are taken
  • Provide accurate and timely reports of inventory, waste, co-worker meals and any other reports related food costs to discover potential improvements to reach the goal in Gross profit and margin development
  • Responsible to stay up to date with local laws as well as IKEA internal rules and guidelines to ensure all actions are carried out in alignment with these
