Job Description:

We are offering an independent and engaging role in a dynamic and fast-growing multinational company. This position provides diverse responsibilities within a supportive, safety-focused, and team-oriented workplace that values its employees.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the operation of an automated Vega folder-gluer during your shift, managing both input and output processes supported by stacker robots
Set up the machine according to production specifications at the start of each run and make ongoing adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency
Monitor production to ensure compliance with customer requirements, conducting regular quality inspections
Aim for maximum output with minimal waste
Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
Collaborate with the technical team and your supervisor to troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues
Support and contribute to safety and process improvement initiatives alongside your colleagues to foster a secure and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Prior experience as an operator, especially with similar machinery, is advantageous
Ability to interpret and follow production specifications accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
Basic arithmetic skills and familiarity with computer-based data entry
Physical stamina to work on your feet for 8+ hours
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward company goals
