Job Description:

FOH Supervisor position at Legacy Mekong Can Tho, Autograph Collection, responsible for guest check-ins, account management, payment processing, and supervising front office operations while ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process all guest check-ins
  • Verify guest identity and form of payment
  • Assign rooms and activate/issue room keys
  • Set up accurate guest accounts
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information
  • Ensure rates match market codes
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs
  • Complete cashier and closing reports
  • Provide directions and property information
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Process all payment types and charges
  • Balance and drop receipts
  • Count and secure bank
  • Obtain manual authorizations
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports
  • Assist in training and evaluating employees
  • Serve as role model and first point of contact
  • Develop positive working relationships
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional
