Job Responsibility

  • App Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Dart code using the Flutter framework
  • State Management: Implement robust architecture and state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod) to keep the codebase scalable
  • UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and mockups into highly responsive, pixel-perfect UI with smooth animations
  • API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs efficiently
  • Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks, debug crashes, and optimize application performance for local storage, threading, and memory usage

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years dedicated exclusively to Flutter & Dart
  • A portfolio of live apps successfully published on iOS and Android markets
  • Deep understanding of at least one major state management approach (Bloc/Cubit is highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a strong plus for writing custom platform channels
  • Proficient with Git, version control workflows, and mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within an agile team

Nice to have

Familiarity with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a strong plus for writing custom platform channels
