We are looking for a detail-oriented Flu Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of flu clinics. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to troubleshoot technical devices efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming phone calls and provide support to clinic staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
manage the inventory and distribution of tablets and jetpacks, ensuring accurate tracking and proper preparation for clinic use
perform basic troubleshooting for tablets, including connectivity, login issues, and app performance, as well as jetpack-related concerns
train on the use of tablets to confidently address common technical issues encountered by staff
pack, charge, clean, and sanitize tablets and jetpacks to ensure they are ready for deployment
organize and restock administrative supply bags, ensuring all necessary items are replenished and prepared for the next clinic
maintain detailed records of assigned devices and supplies to support efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting
strong communication skills and the ability to handle inbound calls professionally
proficiency in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records
familiarity with basic troubleshooting for electronic devices, such as tablets and mobile hotspots
ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
basic knowledge of data entry and receptionist duties
willingness to complete training on technical devices and processes.
