Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is essential
Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage
FLT licence (counterbalance) with a minimum of 12 months’ experience
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Safely load and unload products onto trailers, following company procedures
Handle goods correctly to minimise damage and apply safe manual handling techniques
Complete relevant paperwork to confirm loading and unloading activities for audit purposes
Support the effective running of the warehouse by carrying out reasonable requests
Perform receiving, picking, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch tasks
Participate in general warehouse duties involving manual handling
Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer service
Communicate concerns, issues, or variances to instructions promptly to your line manager
Adhere to company procedures, including absence, performance, and standards of behaviour, while reflecting company values
Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements, and escalate concerns to your line manager
