Job Description

We are looking for a Flowline & Subsea Structures Lead Services for one of our clients.

Requirements

  • Manage Subsea Pipeline engineering scope during FEED preparation, execution, EPC CFT and then EPC phase
  • May be involved in current pre-feed extension studies
  • Deeply involved in FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction
  • Oversee performance of FEED CTR on time and on budget
  • Actively participate in EPC CFT preparation
  • Have numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities
  • Ensure robust and SAFE ONSHORE and OFFSHORE PIPELINE DESIGN in line with CONTRACT specifications, GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS and International STANDARDS
  • Ensure high quality of all OFFSHORE AND URF pipeline Systems from FEED stage up to operation
  • Identify and solve technical issues
  • Ensure prompt and efficient dispatch, review and approval of all Detailed Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction / installation / Pre-Commissioning documents
  • Ensure coherence of the OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE systems and manage interfaces with other Package Managers
  • Ensure OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE Engineering activities are performed in line with Contract requirement and Project Specifications
  • Ensure design and qualification outcomes/constraints are adequately considered
  • Ensure HSE requirements are taken into consideration during design
  • Participate in various technical reviews (Hazids, Hazops, Project Technical Reviews, Risk Assessments, etc.)
  • Liaise with Project QHSES, QAQC
  • Assist QA/QC manager on all quality issues
  • Monitor Contractor performance
  • Initiate and attend all OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE engineering meetings
  • Assist with application process for required authorities' approvals
  • Develop effective relationships with all Contractors representative(s)
  • Ensure agreed project battery limits are adhered to
  • Control and approve specifications, requisitions, design procedures, layouts, general arrangements, drawings, P&ID's, installation procedures, etc.
  • Responsible for engineering of all equipment/facilities
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is reviewed and commented on
  • Maintain awareness and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards
  • Actively identify best practice
  • Ensure construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities are delivered safely
  • Familiar with applicable regulations, codes and standards
  • Work independently and create a positive work environment
  • Provide technical leadership
