We're now looking for a Flow First Line Manager to lead and develop a team of Flow Controllers, ensuring efficient automation, smooth work allocation, and high operational performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a team of Flow Controllers, overseeing automation of the warehouse and efficient allocation of work
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational flow and productivity
  • Monitor team performance and uphold health & safety standards across all activities
  • Report and communicate KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and Matflow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively
