Job Description

The Production Flow Line Inspector is responsible for performing several complex fluid testing processes on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity.

Job Responsibility

  • Performing Flow Rate Accuracy simultaneously on multiple devices
  • Performing Flow Rate Error
  • Performing ITP 35700
  • Recording results of the fluid testing without error to meet increasing and changing compliance standards
  • Programming the pump
  • Identification of error codes and escalation management for repeated errors
  • Understand and apply testing to version of the medical device
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Successful completion of 4-6 week training
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures
  • Ability to transfer data without error
  • Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
  • Must have legible hand writing skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Must be able to stand for most of the work day
  • Must have good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
  • Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry to 15 pounds
  • Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 5 pounds
