Job Description:

Floral Designer position at The Ritz-Carlton Naples creating custom floral arrangements for public areas, restaurants, banquets and guest rooms. The role involves receiving flowers, designing arrangements, delivering displays, and maintaining floral shop cleanliness while upholding The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Trim, water, and prepare flowers for display
Receive flowers from suppliers
Design and create custom floral arrangements for public areas, restaurant outlets, banquets and guest rooms
Deliver flowers and floral displays/arrangements to customers
Coordinate site set-up of floral displays/arrangements
Keep storeroom neat and clean
Follow checklist for cleaning shop before closing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
