Job Description

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering the best rooms experience for our guests. As a full time Floor Supervisor you’ll ensuring all guest rooms are inspected and up to standard as well as coach and train team members. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in guest experience, enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with others is motivated to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality environment. You’ll be part of a team that balances volume with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

Job Responsibility

Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants who are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel
Train, coach and monitor team members’ daily progress
Communicate effectively with teams when rooms can be released and when follow-up is necessary

Requirements

2-3 years in a Housekeeping position
Hotel Systems Knowledge – HotSOS preferred
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
Valid work authorization for Canada
ability to lift up to 20lbs
schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
