Job Description:

The Floor Supervisor at The Westin Nanjing Xuanwu Lake assists Housekeeping management in overseeing daily tasks, ensuring quality standards in guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with other departments, and managing team training and performance. This role requires physical activity and involves interacting with guests while adhering to professional standards and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning
update status of departing guest rooms and document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
ensure adherence to safety and security policies and procedures
complete paperwork
communicate changes in room assignments and issues to the next shift
perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
