Job Description

As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department. You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

Job Responsibility

  • Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms
  • Organising staff rotas
  • Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper
  • Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
  • Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times
  • Meeting daily targets
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
  • Adaptability to organisational needs
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
