As a Style Captain, in this role, you’ll be an essential part of our vibrant team at W Verbier, collaborating with Stylists to ensure our guests receive a wow experience from start to finish. With a keen eye for design and a passion for impeccable service, you’ll oversee the daily room control to ensure our rooms are pristine, polished, and ready to impress. You’ll know all the tricks of the trade to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Whether it’s working with systems like Opera and Hotsos, or using devices like phones and tablets, you’ll navigate it all like a pro to keep everything running smoothly. Your mission? Ensuring that every guest walks into a room that feels like a flawless work of art.

  • Prior experience in a 5-star hotel – you know what luxury service looks like

  • Fluent in both French and English – communication is key
