Job Description

For decades, Denmark Street has seen legends rise and tales unfold, and now, it calls for a visionary Floor Supervisor to carry on that legacy. As Floor Supervisor at Thirteen, you’ll combine sophistication with flair, ensuring that every guest experience embodies our ‘no half measures’ approach to service. You will be reporting directly to the Bar Manager, and work closely with the Bar team.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure an exceptional and personalized guest experience, maintaining high service standards
  • Oversee bartenders and servers, provide guidance, and ensure staff adhere to service protocols
  • Monitor the presentation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Manage floor operations, including table assignments, order flow, and smooth coordination between the bar and floor staff
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain a high-end reputation
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, licensing laws, and workplace safety standards
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the bar team for replenishments
  • Cater to high-profile guests and assist in executing exclusive events and private bookings
