Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, champagne, and wines, with a strong interest in French wines

Job Responsibility

Guide junior team members through example and knowledge
Work closely with the Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, and Supervisors to enhance guest satisfaction, develop the team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Be a confident, visible presence in the bar, running a section while actively supporting and guiding junior bar staff
Deliver intuitive, personalised service that reflects the relaxed elegance of our hotel and the individuality of each guest
Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, pace, and guest engagement
Support and reinforce SOPs, ensuring consistency across all shifts
