Job Responsibility:
Operating POS system including handling cash and credit transactions accurately
Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concessions
Promoting loyalty programs such as Regal Crown Club
Ensuring compliance with the MPAA rating system and company policies
Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and phone calls
Conducting auditorium inspections and maintaining cleanliness
Assisting with crowd control and directing patrons to their seats
Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
Maintaining concession equipment and complying with food safety laws
Handling emergency situations in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements:
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion
Good public speaking skills
Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
Knowledge of and ability to comply with MPAA rating system
Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
If serving alcohol, must complete required state or local training and hold valid certification
Must comply with company dress code and attendance policies
Ability to read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 16 years old or meet local age requirements
