Job Responsibility

  • Operate POS system including cash drawer and credit card handling
  • Upsell premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
  • Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
  • Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating and company policy
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person
  • Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment
  • Comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
  • Inspect auditoriums and monitor picture and sound quality
  • Manage crowd control and assist guests in seating
  • Tear tickets, collect stubs and ensure orderly admission
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout the theater
  • Report any unusual situations to management
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion
  • Ability to perform essential duties
