Requirements:
Leads with calm authority and professionalism
Reads the room instinctively and anticipates guest needs
Builds strong, respectful teams
Maintains exceptional standards without creating formality
Brings strong operational confidence within premium environments
Experience within quality restaurants, hotels or members’ clubs is strongly preferred
