Floor Manager

• Manage day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding Crazy Pizza’s brand and operational standards
• Lead by example, setting the tone for the team and fostering a positive, energetic environment
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and are provided with an unforgettable dining experience
• Assist in coordinating with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor and uphold the quality of service, food, and beverages to ensure they meet Crazy Pizza’s high standards
• Train, mentor, and support staff to help them develop their skills and ensure they meet performance expectations
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation
• Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed
• Perform additional duties as directed by the management team

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring smooth operations

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus
