We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Manager to help manage our vibrant Soho, New York location. As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and supporting a high-energy, dynamic team. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding Crazy Pizza's brand and operational standards.
Lead by example, setting the tone for the team and fostering a positive, energetic environment.
Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and are provided with an unforgettable dining experience.
Assist in coordinating with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor and uphold the quality of service, food, and beverages to ensure they meet Crazy Pizza's high standards.
Train, mentor, and support staff to help them develop their skills and ensure they meet performance expectations.
Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the restaurant's reputation.
Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed.
Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Possess a lively and vibrant personality- Crazy Pizza delivers Pizza with Live entertainment daily!
Strong communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring smooth operations.
