Job Description:

The Floor Manager is a key leader on the boutique team and works closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, high-level service, and strong team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, loves developing people, and excels in both client-facing and operational responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a Sales Team
Ensure alignment within your team on implementing Polène’s strategy
Energize the team to promote collaboration and a sense of belonging
Define, unite around, and motivate the team on priority actions for individual skills growth
Identify team successes and areas for improvement
Drive Store Performance
Monitor key sales indicators
Lead daily morning briefs
Deliver outstanding service to clientele
Oversee opening and closing operations of the store
Be a Brand Ambassador for Maison Polène
Provide regular qualitative and quantitative feedback on foot traffic and customer profiles
Handle all types of situations to guarantee excellent customer relations

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector
Great autonomy and adaptability
Dynamism to manage the flow of customers in the store
Strong sense of products, craftsmanship, and the art of leather goods
True team spirit and eagerness to support and collaborate with colleagues
Ability to deal with urgent situations and find quick solutions
