Requirements:

  • At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales
  • A minimum 3 years in high volume restaurant management
  • Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports
