Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our successful refurbishment business based in the Wiltshire/Salisbury area. You will specialise in carrying out planned works projects working in occupied residential properties. We want to hear from people who are truly passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and the properties in which they live.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete variable jobs including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles and latex, and domestic floor laying in tenanted properties
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, working in occupied properties
  • Maintaining a safe working environment is imperative, and being aware of the health and safety of yourself, your team and your customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of domestic floor laying
  • Preferably NVQ qualified, or equivalent, in a recognised trade
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving license, which is essential to undertake the Floor Layer role, with use of a company van (to be discussed at interview stage).
