Job Description:

We have an exciting opening for a Floor Concierge (Lounge Concierge) to join our team in the heart of the City of London. You will be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's beautiful offices near Bank Station. This is a key role, and we are looking for a person who can build strong relationship with stakeholders in the client's business lounge. You will be responsible for looking after requests, activities, and meeting room bookings for the space, checking meeting rooms and refreshment areas, general housekeeping and set ups for events but also IT/AV support for attendees. You will also be making sure company health and safety procedures are followed by employees and visitors in that space.

Job Responsibility:

  • First point of contact for all visitors to the Business Lounge, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Provide support to clients with any IT or connectivity issues
  • Taking full ownership of the space, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standard
  • Respond calmly and effectively to last-minute requests and changes, while coordinating the timely booking and delivery of portable equipment, hospitality, and other services
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with team members, service providers, hosts, and clients
  • Attend all wider team meetings, events, training sessions, departmental cross-training, and team-building activities
