Floor Cleaning Technician Lead

ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to hire 2 Full Time Project Crew Technicians to join our SMPBM Team! We are a family oriented and locally owned small business in Lincoln, NE. Project Crew is a specialty crew that primarily specializes in Floor Maintenance and Restoration. Common tasks include stripping and waxing floors, extracting carpets, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment. As well as completing general housekeeping tasks as needed. The starting pay for this position is $17.00/hr. After 90 days of employment your wage will go up to $17.50/hr. Once you have reached 6 months of employment your wage will go up to $18.00/hr. Project Crew will report to our office located at 2626 O Street daily, get nightly assignments, load up work vans with supplies needed for the night, and travel between facilities as assigned. Must have seven day availability (will have days off) and an open schedule. Typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00pm-3:00am, however hours may vary depending on the project, including some possible day time and weekend work on occasion.
