Job Advertisement: Floor Champion. Are you passionate about providing a 5-star workplace experience? Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Floor Champion to join their team in Bank, City of London, for a temporary contract starting June 1, 2026, lasting 3 months. As a Floor Champion, you will be the heart of the office, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees, guests, and visitors. Your role will involve a variety of Office Operations, Front of House, and Office Services tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for office users, greeting guests with a smile
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment while ensuring the highest level of service
  • Conduct regular floor walks, checking meeting rooms and general office spaces for cleanliness and functionality
  • Liaise with different teams to provide seamless service delivery
  • Handle incoming mail and print jobs promptly and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records and reports in our iOffice system

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
