Bailey Nelson is looking for a Floating Store Manager to work and support across our Sydney stores! Requirements

  • Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level an advantage
  • This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must
  • A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and deliver outstanding outcomes for both them and your store
  • A love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change, lead by example with positivity and a can-do attitude
  • Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team to be the best they can be
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of your store without ever compromising the customer experience
  • Passion for building a strong partnership with your store Optometrist, allowing you to approach your store as a leadership team and to jointly identify opportunities for growing your store via both the clinic and retail spaces
  • A true love of achieving and driving results through your team
