Floating Assistant

Our client, a global life sciences consulting firm with an office near Penn Station, is seeking a Long-Term Temp Office Assistant Floater to support their busy NYC office. The team is very busy and needs additional administrative support, and this role is critical to helping operations run smoothly. You’ll be supporting the NYC office with a range of tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, event support, sitting reception (as needed), ordering supplies, and more.
