Job Description:

Embark on a unique and rewarding journey with us as we seek an RN who is passionate about the care of our patients for our East Valley Float Pool. As a vital member of our Float Pool team, which floats between Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers, your clinical expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care across multiple units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with various other healthcare professionals, such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
  • Quickly report and address any changes in condition
  • Patiently and thoroughly explain test results and procedures to patients and family members
  • Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of recent Emergency Room Nursing experience
  • Active Nursing license in good standing valid to work in Arizona
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card (AHA BLS)
  • Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support card (AHA ACLS)
  • Current American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support card (AHA PALS)
  • Current TNCC or ATCN
