Job Description:

Encompass Educators design and deliver a dynamic, play-based curriculum that nurtures children’s curiosity and fosters a love of learning. Guided by our supportive Center Directors, you’ll benefit from continuous training, program resources, and professional development opportunities to help you grow. As an Educator at Encompass, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds by providing exceptional care and inspiring children to explore, learn, and thrive— all while having fun!

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver a dynamic, play-based curriculum that nurtures children’s curiosity and fosters a love of learning
Provide support as a floating childcare teacher, responsible for closing the Center
Create engaging, child-centered learning experiences that spark imagination and foster development through play
Provide exceptional care and inspire children to explore, learn, and thrive

Requirements:

High school diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
Training provided for those passionate about early education
