Job Responsibility

Personally accountable for high quality and timely actions when performing trouble-shooting interventions following FSTD failures or reports of discrepancies
Accountable for performing ad-hoc technical trouble-shooting, sometimes without immediate supervision, to minimize the time lost and disruption to FSTD users
Prepares training devices for daily operation and follows maintenance activities or between user sessions
Promptly communicates to line management on all matters for their attention
Ensures clear and effective communication when completing DR comments & Work Orders
Ability to interact effectively with users to help determine root causes of failures and discrepancies
Ensure training devices operate at the correct level required by customers through timely configuration changes and software updates when applicable
Complies with the Compliance Monitoring System at all times
Conducts tests, checks and other preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance schedules and notify line management of discoveries and trends that may lead to future failures
Identify competency deficiencies and request assistance through line management
