Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Flight Planner to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. Based in our head office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our Operations Control Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe’s leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment. *This is a shift based position on a ‘4 on / 4 off’ basis and would include night shifts*.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and implementing solutions for day to day Flight Planning problems
Assisting Flight Operations
cost effective solutions to Flight Planning disruptions/delays
Monitoring flight plan production
Compilation of reports as required
Monitoring ATC messages and react accordingly
Preparation of Flight planning paperwork for crews
Updating route manuals/catalogue
Updating Aircraft Performance Data
Any other duties as requested by Operations Control Management
Requirements:
A high degree of flexibility
The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
Good problem solving and logistical skills
Good interpersonal skills strong outgoing personality
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Netline would be an advantage)
