Job Description:

The Helicopter Documentation Project Leader position is part of Documentation and EFB Management Services team. The staff will work together with the Helicopter Documentation Project Manager to customize and manage the Helicopter flight operations documents (MEL, FCOM, QRH, etc.) to fit the customers’ requirements. The deliverables (mainly on the flight operations documents and related support) are provided worldwide to the customers for all types of Helicopters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with the Helicopter Documentation Project Manager and manage the customized flight operations documentation for Helicopters to deliver on time within the budget and within scope
  • Update, customize and deliver the flight operations documentation for Helicopters with multiple output formats available (PDF, Ops Library Browser (OLB), eQRH, etc.) by using the specific XML Authoring Tool
  • Provide Helicopters fleet management, Helicopter Service Bulletin (SB) integration and XML expertise for the Helicopters’ flight operations manuals
  • Follow the current processes, checklists, guidelines in the Helicopter documentation management services
  • Measure and improve on the project performance, efficiency and quality
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in aeronautical engineering
  • Aviation/Aeronautical knowledge
  • Relevant experience in aircraft/helicopter system and/or flight operations documentations/manuals
  • Advanced level of English communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to work well in the international and multicultural work environment
  • Good ability to handle and complete different tasks within the same timeframe with multiple deadlines
  • Good ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
