Job Responsibility:

  • maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments
  • ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO's high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays
  • ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer's instructions
  • conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products
  • identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care
  • confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly
  • work alongside a team of food packers with a hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area
  • perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, upholding DO & CO standards

Requirements:

  • valid driver's license
  • successful completion of mandatory airport security clearance process
  • minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • ability to work a minimum of 70% of the workday within a cooler or refrigerated environment
  • strong planning and coordination skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proactive, hands-on approach
  • proficiency in computer applications and systems
  • ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong teamwork and leadership potential
  • fluency in English

  • Managing the full maintenance workflow of Archer test aircraft
  • Coordination with program management, quality, engineering, and flight test leadership to plan and execute inspections, aircraft modifications, routine and unscheduled maintenance
  • Report to and take direction from the Manager, Flight Test Maintenance
  • Schedule regular inspections and ensure proper aircraft record keeping using TRAX and SAP
  • Coordinate aircraft release for flight or ground test to be executed by the flight test team
