Job Responsibility:
Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
Demonstrating and announcing safety briefings to passengers
Responding to and communicating any onboard information to passengers
Conduct all interactions in a positive, customer-service focused approach when helping passengers and/or communicating with fellow team members
Guide or direct (verbally or non-verbally) passengers during emergency situations (such as evacuations) to minimize impact of the event and protect passengers and crew members
Ensure passengers’ comfort and safety at all times
Requirements:
Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a Canadian citizen or Permit Resident
Minimum 19 years of age
Must be able to pass a reach test of 210 cm from flat foot
Required to possess and retain a valid Passport and able to fly into the United States
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
