Flexible teaching work that fits around you. Schools across Horsham and the surrounding villages are seeking adaptable, enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their bank staff pool for flexible cover across the week. Every day is different — different classes, different age groups, and a chance to bring consistency and positivity wherever you go.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ad‑hoc daily cover
  • Short‑term placements
  • Long‑term sickness cover
  • Maternity leave roles
  • PPA and general release cover across KS1 and KS2

Requirements:

  • Qualified (QTS) and confident teaching KS1 and/or KS2
  • Reliable, friendly and adaptable
  • Strong with behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Able to slot into different routines smoothly
  • Positive, calm and able to build quick rapport with pupils
  • Drivers preferred
