Schools across Horsham and the surrounding villages are seeking adaptable, enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their bank staff pool for flexible cover across the week. Every day is different — different classes, different age groups, and a chance to bring consistency and positivity wherever you go.

Job Responsibility

  • Ad‑hoc daily cover
  • Short‑term placements
  • Long‑term sickness cover
  • Maternity leave roles
  • PPA and general release cover across KS1 and KS2

Requirements

  • Qualified (QTS) and confident teaching KS1 and/or KS2
  • Reliable, friendly and adaptable
  • Strong with behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Able to slot into different routines smoothly
  • Positive, calm and able to build quick rapport with pupils
  • Drivers preferred
