Job Description:

Flexible Nanny or House Manager – Rural Escape in Exeter (Live-in or Live-out). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with older kids and teens. Ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful rural setting, flexibility, and the option of live-in accommodation. You can be studying, working part time online or simply looking for a change in environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support a lovely family with three older children — a 15-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy/girl twins
Option to take on additional hours in a house manager capacity (e.g. cooking, errands, light household tasks)

Requirements:

Have a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
Have a current Working With Children’s Check
A full drivers licence (a family car can be provided if required)
Display strong communication skills and speaks English
Non-smoker

Nice to have:

Warm, mature, and independent
Great communicator and role model
Enjoys working with older children and teens
Flexible with routines and can work autonomously
Confident cook or happy to help with meal prep (only if you would like ideal extra hours)
