Job Description:

We’re more than a piercing studio - we’re a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way. This is a 27-hour (Wed-Sun) flexible contract designed to provide sickness & holiday cover and support across all our regional northern stores.

Job Responsibility:

Host from the Heart, radiating warmth and being fully present
Inspire community with styling advice and execute precise piercings
Lead the customer experience with warmth, confidence and authenticity
Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing piercing expertise
Hold space with care and compassion during emotional moments
Champion safety and excellence, taking ownership of studio cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

At least 1.5 years experience in a studio
A values champion and brand ambassador
Radiate positivity & enthusiasm
Always looking for a better way to do things and naturally curious
Able to stay grounded during difficult and sensitive interactions, leading with empathy
