The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems, managing the pre-hire check process, and resolving issues. Additionally, this role will have program management ownership for special recruiting initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Create, maintain and audit requisition files
Assist with targeted sourcing activities to communicate job opportunities to external audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, posting jobs on other relevant websites etc.)
Track and progress the status of candidates in applicant tracking system
Schedule Technical Screens and STAR Interviews (individual and team) leveraging technology
Register eligible executive candidates for the assessment, monitor completion and distribute results to the hiring team
Arrange travel and accommodation for external candidates, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation along with billing administration
Serve as the first and last impression by warmly welcoming candidates, showcasing exceptional hospitality, and escorting them throughout the building during onsite interview days
Prepares offer letters for candidates, inclusive of proofreading prior to manager’s review, finalizes letter following manager’s edits
Administer pre-hire checks, monitor for completion, follow up with pre-hire check vendor, as needed, if there are questions or delays to ensure the final phases of the process are progressing.
