Job Description:

The FLEX Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will support efforts to shape the growth and strategic direction of the Global Marketing Operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Audience Targeting teams, covering both tactical implementation and strategic guidance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting Operations
  • Enhances and deploys standardized activation procedures and ceremonies across all operational teams
  • Oversees and enhances the defect tracking process and ceremonies
  • Establishes, develops, and implements operational and process-oriented business intelligence practices
  • Supports the Senior Director Campaign Operations with designing and implementing an optimized data model for Adobe Campaign Version 8
  • Manages the conversion of all Adobe Campaign V7 campaigns and non-Adobe Campaign campaigns to Adobe Campaign V8
  • Collaborates with external support teams to document and improve the production support process

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university with a Marketing or Computer Science related concentration
  • 5 or more years of experience in related field
  • Experience working with Adobe Campaign or comparable Marketing Automation Tool(s)
  • Project Management Experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the demonstrated ability to make sound decisions
  • Work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Experience using the Agile Scrum project management methodology
  • Experience of Business or operational intelligence
