This role operates with a high degree of autonomy within a clearly defined product scope and is accountable for day to day execution, prioritization, and delivery of value aligned to the broader product vision. The Product Owner is a strong practitioner of Agile/SAFe delivery, serves as the voice of the customer for the squad, and ensures work is ready, sequenced, and accepted according to agreed standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and manage the squad backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to product objectives and business outcomes
  • Translate business requirements, customer needs, and regulatory or operational constraints into well written user stories with clear acceptance criteria
