Flex OR RN

Enjoy the benefits of a travel assignment having the ability to Float to our different departments on our four Magnet Certified facilities but still remaining to one system. Qualified candidates will have a FL RN license or eligibility and a minimum of two years OR experience. Will work only in OR Departments. Must have the ability to travel between all hospitals and work 24 weekend hours for PRN. ACLS required; Skills must be multi-disciplinary and willing to float to at least three hospitals within our system. Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. Responsible for providing patient care throughout the Baptist system on multiple units.
