The Flex Manager, Talent Acquisition COE & Sourcing Partner supports the Director, Luxury TA and COE Partnerships in advancing strategic talent priorities across the organization. This role blends hands on sourcing and pipeline development with project coordination, data analysis, and COE enablement to strengthen enterprise wide talent acquisition capabilities. The position plays a role in developing and maintaining TA Center of Excellence tools, frameworks, and guidance, while also contributing to executive level presentations and leadership forums. The role supports the design and execution of targeted sourcing strategies, conducts talent mapping and market research, and executes direct sourcing to build high quality pipelines for priority roles. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, this role applies a curious and growth oriented mindset to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing approaches, tools, workflows, and overall TA effectiveness, while supporting the testing and rollout of new ideas across the TA organization.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with the Director, Luxury TA and COE Partnerships to support leadership priorities, initiatives, and ongoing deliverables
Contribute to the development and maintenance of TA COE tools, templates, and guidance (e.g., role profiles, assessment frameworks, sourcing playbooks)
Assist in the creation, refinement, and maintenance of executive ready presentations for leadership briefings, operating committees, QBRs, and other senior forums
Support the design and execution of sourcing strategies across priority disciplines, including Residences, Luxury F&B, Executive/GM, and other specialized roles as needed
Conduct targeted talent mapping and market research to identify external talent pools by role, brand, geography, and segment
Execute direct sourcing activities using available resources, including AI tools and other approved sourcing channels
Support outreach strategies, including messaging, engagement tracking, and follow-up, to drive candidate interest and response
Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activity, pipeline status, and candidate insights to support recruiter handoffs and leadership updates
Partner with TA leadership to identify gaps in pipeline coverage and recommend targeted sourcing actions
Support planning and execution of TA related projects and initiatives led by the Director, Luxury TA & COE Partnerships
Assist with rollout of COE tools, templates, and resources (e.g., sourcing playbooks, role profiles, guidance documents)
Assist with gathering, organizing, and synthesizing data related to luxury hiring, sourcing activity, and pipeline health
Support development of visual summaries, trackers, and dashboards used in leadership reviews and TA forums
Contribute to reporting for recurring meetings such as Luxury Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc leadership requests
Help translate data into practical insights and implications for decision making
Apply a curious, growth oriented mindset to identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and experiences
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing approaches, tools, or workflows based on feedback and observed gaps
Support testing and piloting of new ideas, templates, or processes across TA organization
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related function, preferably in a global or matrixed environment
Understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and related systems (ATS/CRM/AI tools)
Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
