This Manager is a key member of the Pricing & Account Services (PAS) team, supporting the implementation and evolution of Marriott’s centralized BT pricing platform, including system conversions, process improvements, and change management. Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, mapping current and future state processes, and coordinating delivery of hotel, sales, and administrative stakeholders. The role also supports hotel integration into ACRS and provides ongoing support for related system initiatives. In addition to supporting DTT initiatives, this role provides operational support for the BT pricing process, including partnering with Sales and ensuring timely execution of pricing activities within the corporate segment.
Job Responsibility
Support implementation and continuous enhancement of Marriott’s centralized BT pricing platform
Develop and execute test plans
document and map current and future state workflows to ensure accurate system performance and process alignment
Coordinate and deliver training for hotel, sales, and administrative stakeholders to drive adoption of system and process changes
Support hotel onboarding and integration into ACRS, including ongoing system-related operational support
Provide day-to-day operational support for the BT pricing process, including partnership with Sales and execution of RFP bids
Configure, validate, and support Hotels with Amadeus, High Performance Pricing, and MARSHA
Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution, providing technical guidance to stakeholders
Document business requirements and iT-related materials for the MarRFP application
Perform and support Global Distribution System (GDS) audits
Review and process audit discrepancies on centrally loaded rates
Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure accuracy of hotel profiles and system data
Support on ad-hoc projects assigned to meet pricing and departmental need
Requirements
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
3+ years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Foundational knowledge of Revenue Management principles, sales processes, and pricing strategies
Working knowledge of Marriott systems (MARSHA, Amadeus, HPP, GDS)
Nice to have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
