As part of the Web Products team, the FLEX Manager, Digital Products will serve as the primary product owner for Marriott.com’s Restaurants & Bars digital experience. This role is responsible for advancing the product vision, partnering closely with global continent teams, and managing a feature roadmap that drives growth, quality, and guest engagement across our 26,000+ food and beverage outlets worldwide.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive product initiatives and on-time delivery
Partner with content authoring, UX, and SEO operations teams to ensure content strategy is operational at scale
Develop products that enhance user experiences and reduce friction
Define product features and work with teams to deliver the product vision
Create content and business cases to present concepts to management
Use data analytics and market analysis to prioritize and optimize product features for roadmaps
Manage and communicate feature prioritization, balancing user and business needs
Track and analyze product performance metrics
Coordinate backlog for defect resolution, troubleshoot daily issues, and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
A four-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related major, or equivalent experience/certification
4+ years of digital product experience or related professional area
Digital product management experience within an Agile/Scrum team
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, or similar tools for managing product backlogs and workflows
3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
Nice to have:
2+ years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or sales and marketing industries
Familiarity with the technical aspects of digital product development, including UX/UI principles
Demonstrated ability to deliver results under challenging conditions, especially when faced with complexity, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/departments and can influence their work without direct reporting accountability
Ability to articulate product vision, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Ability to define requirements and technical implementation processes
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage in the technical aspects of solutions
